As a result of the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic, I began offering two Telehealth options to my clients. I am back in the office, and offer in person sessions now, but I also continue to offer Telehealth sessions. Please note that since the state of emergency has ended (as of May 2023), telemedicine must be conducted using HIPAA compliant platforms and should include a video component. Both of my platforms are HIPAA compliant video conferencing platforms.

Your first option is using Doxy.me. To use this option, scroll to the top of this page and click the button in the top left hand corner and you will be redirected to my online waiting room. Please only go there at your scheduled appointment time as there have been some problems with calls getting dropped because there are too many people using this platform.

Your second option is to get set up with the Spruce Health app. To do so, send me an email letting me know you’d like to use the Spruce Health app. I will then send you an invitation to use Spruce. You will follow that link to download the Spruce app to your phone, tablet, or computer and then create a login. At your scheduled appointment time, I will video-call you using the Spruce app. You can also navigate to www.sprucehealth.com if you would rather use the website than download the app. I prefer Spruce over Doxy because it has the added benefit of offering secure messaging in addition to secure video calling.
